From time to time, of no fault of their own, we have dogs that just aren’t well-suited to work as a service dog. For some, it is their temperament. For others, it is a health condition that disqualifies them from being out working every single day. This doesn’t mean that they won’t be a fantastic pet, it just means that service dog work is not for them.

If you are interested in one of our career-changed service dogs, you can apply by going to the linked website and filling out our online application. Please keep in mind that Patriot Assistance Dogs makes a promise of a good life for every single dog that we bring into the program. When we place a dog in a home, whether as a service dog or a pet, we take the utmost care in choosing the right placement for them, their personality, and their safety. Often times our career changed dogs have gone through extensive obedience training, and it is up to the new owner to continue with not only their basic obedience and veterinary care, but also in our promise of a bright future.

Current Dogs Available for Adoption – None at this time, please check back later. You can put your application in for future dogs that may become available.
